## Disclaimer

**Not financial advice.** Otto publishes market data and computed statistics. Nothing on this site, in the API, in the MCP tools or in Otto AI responses is investment advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

**Independence.** Otto is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc., Chainlink Labs, Uniswap Labs, or any other entity mentioned in the data.

**Data accuracy.** Collectors are deterministic and monitored, but upstream sources (RPC nodes, oracles, reference feeds, news wires) can fail, lag or misreport. Data is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Always verify independently before acting on it.

**Beta service.** Endpoints, schemas and availability may change during beta. Breaking changes will be versioned (`/v1/` → `/v2/`), but uptime is not guaranteed and there is no SLA.

**Otto AI.** The chat endpoint uses a large language model to interpret questions and summarize live data. While it is instructed to only report computed numbers, LLM output can contain mistakes — treat it as a convenience layer over the raw API, not as a source of truth.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://ottodata.gitbook.io/ottodata-docs/resources/disclaimer.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
